Give your Halloween Party the Chills with Chilling Cocktails

An Actual Zombie

 

  • 1 1/2 oz. Jamaican dark rum
  • 1 1/2 oz. gold rum
  • 1 oz. Demerara rum
  • .7 oz. lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. falernum
  • .3 oz. yellow grapefruit juice
  • .15 oz cinnamon syrup
  • 1 tsp. grenadine syrup
  • A dash Angostura bitters
  • 6 drops Pernod
  • A few mint leaves to garnish
  1. Fill a blender with ice.
  2. Add all liquid ingredients.
  3. Pulse for a few seconds.
  4. Serve in a highball glass.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves.

Carrie's Prom Punch: Bombay Punch

Serves 10

  • 8 oz. sweet sherry
  • 8 oz. brandy
  • 1 1/2 oz. triple sec
  • 1 1/2 oz. maraschino liqueur
  • a 75 cl. bottle of Champagne (Prosecco also works!)
  • 18 oz. club soda
  • 3 oz. simple syrup
  • slices of orange and lemon, to garnish
  1. Add all liquid ingredients to a punch bowl filled with ice.
  2. Stir gently.
  3. Garnish with orange and lemon slices.
