• Cover letter including author's name, address, phone numbers (fax and e-mail, if applicable)
• An outline of the work, with table of contents as applicable
• Estimated length of completed work (pages or word count)
• Sample chapters or complete manuscript, if available (double-spaced, please)
• Marketing information, including
       clear statement of purpose
       target audience (market)
       list of the work's strengths, outstanding features, or unique aspects
       brief comparison with competitive works
• A self-addressed, stamped return envelope large enough to contain the entirety of the proposal (with adequate postage affixed). Submissions sent without return postage cannot be returned.
